Casa De Luca is a detached 90 m2 vacation home with a private entrance, comprising a spacious living room, a separate bedroom with a king bed, a sofá bed in the living room and two bathrooms. The home has air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, tiled floors and excellent soundproofing, with garden and inner courtyard views. Guests also enjoy a hot tub, a pool with a view, a flat-screen TV and an outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The private kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, complete kitchenware, cleaning products and a dining table for meals at home.
The two private bathrooms offer a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe, free toiletries, towels and linens. Extra towels and sheets are available for a small additional fee.

Facilities and comfort
The home includes air conditioning and heating, a private entrance, fireplace, sofá, seating and dining areas, extra long beds, linens, wardrobe, clothes rack, drying rack, iron and ironing facilities, a socket near the bed, mosquito nets, excellent soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, DVD and CD players, radio and a game console. Outside you will find a garden, terrace, patio, balcony, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, barbecue, solarium, loungers and beach umbrellas, a picnic area and free private parking on site. A hot tub and wellness area are available for an additional charge, along with shuttle and airport transfer service on request, grocery delivery, laundry and ironing service, daily housekeeping and babysitting. Wifi is free throughout the property and pets are welcome on request at no extra charge.
Good to know
Check-in is from 11:30 to 21:00 and check-out from 07:00 to 10:00; please let us know your arrival time in advance. A refundable damage deposit of 100 euro is required on arrival and returned at check-out if no damage occurs. The house is entirely non-smoking, parties are not allowed and children of all ages are welcome. Cribs and extra beds are not available.
